Sue has nearly 20 years experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry. A native of Buffalo, New York, where she attended Trocaire College, she currently resides with her husband and two children in Northeast Ohio. Sue has held positions at a variety of PBMs handling accounts with just a few lives to hundreds of thousands of lives. She has experience managing both funded and self-funded employers, Medicare Part D plans, BCBS plans and government employer groups.
Her experience includes coordinating the RFP process through the finalist presentation and PBM selection. Sue’s extensive account management experience allows her to play an integral role as a liaison between the client and PBM during the implementation process and providing on-going account management. She is widely regarded for her excellent customer service and is regularly recognized as a valuable asset by the customers she serves.
