ARMSRx will consider "alternative" funding arrangements for groups with 5,000 or more lives.

Alternative funding arrangements may offer retention-only plans or premium credits with good utilization.

Smaller groups of 500 lives or less are usually offered a fully insured quote.

Items needed to obtain a quote:

Current Census
24 months of drug utilization and eligibility
Current plan design and rate or cost per member
Domicile location and nature of business
Commission requirements
Effective Date
Desired plan design
Information on medical plan and how the drug piece will be offered to population
