With over 11 years of combined healthcare knowledge, including 6 years of pharmacy benefit management experience specializing in the TPA industry, Dawn has a leading edge understanding of the intricacies of PBM operations including implementations, account management, benefits and plan design set-up. Dawn is adept at problem identification and resolution, benefit plan design, knowledge of Health Care Reform and Third Party Administrators.
Dawn delivers pioneering solutions and industry knowledge to the clients, brokers, health plans, Third Party Administrators and others she works with. She has developed an inside perspective on the intricacies of PBM pricing, plan design, specialty pharmacy and utilization management strategies providing analysis for plan design changes to alleviate increased drug costs.
Prior to joining ARMSRx Pharmacy Benefit Consultants, Dawn served as a Manager of Client Operations, TPA division at CVS Caremark. In this role, Dawn was responsible for overseeing a $300 million book of business with a dedication to client satisfaction. While focused on day to day client operations, duties included management over Account Managers, Implementation Managers, and Benefit Analysts. Prior to this position, Dawn worked for Trustmark Insurance with an emphasis on Individual Health Plans and Third Party Administrators.
