Association and Coalition Projects

The majority of our consulting projects have
been focused on creating a PBM to serve an association/coalition’s population.
ARMSRx has been very successful in building, implementing and managing PBM
solutions that the association provides as a value added offer with
substantial savings for members, while increasing sales opportunities and
creating additional revenue for the association.
ARMSRx has assisted in helping our clients
offer and invite the current members to adopt the program. Our efforts have
contributed significantly to the growth and understanding of the pharmacy
program being introduced.
Once the vendor has been selected, ARMSRx
negotiates aggressively with the vendor for an LOI and the final agreement, our
attention is focused on rates, terms and performance guarantees. By coupling
this knowledge with the association or coalition’s buying power exceptional
contracts are put in place.
Prior to implementation, ARMSRx fully supports the client in preparing a name, market
identity, and strategic marketing plan for both member and non-member hospitals
to introduce the new private label PBM. Sales education including materials,
power point presentations and personal introductions is paramount to the success
of the new program.
Post implementation, ARMSRx will assist in the sales process, oversee each savings
analyses, proposal and RFP process as well as day to day account management for
clients and prospects.
