With over 11 years of pharmacy benefit management experience, working with the nation's leading Prescription Benefit Management companies, Wende has developed an inside perspective on the intricacies of PBM pricing, plan design and utilization management strategies. Wende has received ongoing training in the field of prescription management and delivers innovative solutions and industry knowledge to the clients, brokers and others she works with. Wende is currently active in the industry, serving as a member of CIGNA's Pharmacy Advisory Council.
Prior to joining ARMSRx Pharmacy Benefit Consultants, Ward served as Assistant Vice President of Wells Fargo Insurance Services and Pharmacy Practice Leader/Pharmacy Consultant for Wells Fargo Insurance Services National Benefits Resource Group. In this role, Wende worked with Wells Fargo Insurance Services middle market and large, key clients and their brokers nationwide to help manage their prescription drug spend. Prior to this position, Wende worked for Medco Health Solutions in National Accounts managing a diverse book of large national accounts representing approx. 250K lives.
